EPSOM SALTS  VS MAG CHLORIDE FLAKES
EPSOM SALTS ARE MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, AND ARE RAPIDLY EXCRETED THROUGH THE KIDNEYS. THIS MEANS THAT THEY ARE NOT A GREAT SOURCE OF MINERAL SALT FOR ASSIMILATING THE MAGNESIUM, AS IT TO IS LOST IN THIS PROCESS. HOWEVER, THE SULPHATE IS ALSO A WELL RESPECTED AND NEEDED MINERAL FOR OUR WELLBEING. IT IS A GREAT LIVER CLEANSER, AND BLOOD PURIFIER. ALSO GREAT FOR CITUS TREES (GIVE THEM SOME SPA OR BATH WATER AFTER YOU HAVE USED IT) MANGESIUM CHLORIDE IS APPROX 5 TIMES MORE  EFFECTIVE AT DELIVERING THE MUCH NEEDED MANESIUM COMPONENT TO OUR BODY CELLS. IT ISN’T AS EASILY LOST THROUGH THE KIDNEY FLUSH LIKE EPSOM, BUT IT LACKS THE ADDED BENEFITS OF SULPHUR. BOTH PRODUCTS CAN HELP GREATLY WITH CALCIUM AVAILABILITY, POOR HEART HEALTH, MUSCLE CRAMPS, TREMORS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION.
